The impact of your report will likely be considerably less than it should be. It is not possible for the reader to judge the usefulness of "preventive measures" because the report does NOT state what those measure were. The patient section should have a clear description of what was done. That omission is baffling. Without these crucial details, not only is it impossible to judge the significance of your findings---moreover--- many readers, hoping that reading your report will suggest how to possibly prevent ONJ in their patients, will instead end up frustrated.
