POEMS is an acronym for a rare multisystemic syndrome encompassing polyneuropathy (P), organomegaly (O), endocrinopathy (E), monoclonal gammopathy (M), skin changes (S) and additional features variably expressed [1]. POEMS syndrome is associated with high vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)
