Breast angiosarcoma following lumpectomy and radiotherapy for breast cancer: a case with short latent period and false negative result on biopsies

A 56-year-old woman received external beam radiotherapy (4 MV photon) 45 Gy over 20 fractions in 4 weeks to her left breast following lumpectomy for a screen detected grade 1, node negative, 8 mm tubular carcinoma.
