We are pleased to learn that another group also involved for several years in the study of neoadjuvant treatment of colorectal liver metastases share many of our views on the development of hepatic vascular lesions induced by oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy. The letter of Sebagh et al. raises several interesting questions about the histological interpretation of the hepatic lesions.
