Neomycin as secondary prophylaxis for irinotecan-induced diarrhea

Irinotecan-based chemotherapy is widely used for colorectal cancer (CRC) and small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Irinotecan-associated diarrhea can be dose limiting and sometimes necessitates termination of chemotherapy.
