    LV5FU2 + irinotecan versus LV5FU2 alone in adjuvant high-risk colon cancer
 
Standard chemotherapy for patients with stage III colon cancer is monthly 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) combined with leucovorin (LV) for 6 months.
